Where should I meet at the airport when entering Japan?

If you are traveling on an international flight, our driver will meet you in front of the customs exit at the airport with a name board.
Additionally, if you are using a domestic flight, the driver will contact you after your flight arrives.
Please keep in touch and board the car at the limousine car stop.

Can you speak English?

We have many drivers who can provide airport transportation in English, and we also have drivers who are certified as interpreter guides.

検査にかかるお時間が未定なため、待機延長料金を免除致しております。
